Office interiors in India, coordinated end to end.

Indian corporate occupiers are building workplaces to international standards, often inside grade A buildings with strict landlord fit-out rules and short approval windows.

We deliver the workplace scope as one coordinated programme, with the manufacture, the services and the furniture held against one date.

Local conditions

Delivering in India.

Landlord fit-out rules read first

Grade A buildings publish detailed fit-out guidelines. We read them before design development, because they govern services capacity, working hours and reinstatement.

Supply routed to the programme

Where items are imported, the shipping and clearance period sits inside the programme. Where local supply is faster and equivalent, we say so.

One accountable structure

We define who holds design development, construction, services and furniture at the outset, so the occupier is not managing four contracts against one date.

Questions

What clients ask here.

Discuss an office project

Tell us about the floorplate and the date.

Tell us the building, the area, the scope you expect to hold and the date the business needs to move. We will set out how the programme would run and what has to be resolved first.
