Joinery manufacturing

Custom joinery, drawn, made and inspected.

Joinery is unforgiving because it meets everything else. Shadow gaps, service penetrations and stone junctions are resolved on the drawing, then produced and dry fitted before the package leaves the factory.

How it is controlled

Where the package is held together.

Interfaces resolved on paper

Stone, metal, glass and services interfaces are drawn and agreed before production, which is where most joinery disputes are actually created.

Dry fit in the factory

Complex assemblies are dry fitted and photographed before packing, so a fit problem is found in the workshop rather than in a corridor.

Site dimensions checked

Where access allows we survey before release. Where it does not, we build tolerance into the detail and say where the adjustment will be taken.
