Can you combine bespoke and specified products?

Yes. Bespoke furniture and fitted items are coordinated alongside specified, sourced products in a single schedule, with one point of responsibility for the combined package.

Can you work to an operator's schedule?

Yes. We review the issued operator schedule and brand standard, then confirm what can be produced or sourced to match before pricing.

How are substitutes and samples approved?

Substitutions are only proposed with the consultant's or client's approval, supported by samples and technical data. Samples and mock-ups are approved before bulk production or procurement proceeds.

Is placement or installation included?

Where it is part of the agreed appointment, yes. Outside that scope, supply is clearly separated from any installation activity, and this is confirmed before the project proceeds.

How are multiple suppliers and shipments coordinated?

We consolidate quality checks, packing and delivery sequencing across the approved supply sources so items arrive in the order the site programme needs.

Can you supply a selected package only?

Yes. A defined package, such as a single area or item category, can be agreed and supplied without taking on the full FF&E scope.
