Department

Installation & site delivery.

The work only counts once it is installed, tested and handed over. Our site teams close the loop between drawing, workshop and finished environment.

01

Site teams

Our own supervisors and installers lead the work face, with trade teams built around the package rather than borrowed from it. One team owns the finish from first fix to final clean.

  • Directly supervised install crews
  • Specialist fixers for composites, joinery and metalwork
  • Single point of responsibility on the work face
  • Safety, permits and site inductions

02

Sequencing & logistics

Material arrives in the order the building can take it. Deliveries, lifts, hoardings and protection are planned against the construction programme, not around it.

  • Install programme aligned to main works
  • Delivery slots, lifting plans and access routes
  • Protection and temporary works
  • Interface management with other trades

03

Quality control & snagging

Benchmarks are set on site before production is released. Snagging is run continuously, room by room, so the list at handover is short and closed.

  • Benchmark rooms and mock-ups signed off
  • Rolling inspection and defect logging
  • Tolerance and finish checks against control samples
  • Zero-defect close-out per zone

04

Commissioning & handover

Services witnessed, systems demonstrated and the building handed over with the documentation an operator can actually use on day one.

  • Witnessed testing and commissioning with MEP
  • O&M manuals, as-builts and warranties
  • Operator training and demonstrations
  • Defects liability and aftercare
