Can you work from a BOQ or incomplete schedule?

Yes. Send the BOQ, schedule or drawings you hold. We will identify what is sufficiently defined to price and what information is still needed.

Can we combine sourced and bespoke products?

Yes. Sourced and manufactured items can be held on one package schedule, inspected together and released to site on one delivery plan.

How are alternatives approved?

Alternatives are presented against the specification with the effect on finish, compliance and lead time stated, and confirmed in writing before production or order placement.

How are samples and quality checks handled?

Samples or prototypes are agreed as the reference for the order, and goods are checked against that reference within the inspection and test plan agreed for the package.

Can you arrange consolidation and shipment?

Yes, where it forms part of the agreed scope. Goods from different sources can be consolidated, documented and sequenced against the delivery programme.

Is installation included?

Only where it is explicitly agreed in the scope. Supply alone does not include installation unless it is stated and confirmed in the appointment.
