Roll-outs
One standard, repeated in every location.
A roll-out is a control problem. The first office is a project; every office after it is a test of whether the standard survived contact with a different building, a different authority and a different local supply chain.
We prove the standard once, document it properly, then repeat it with the same drawings, the same approved samples and the same handover pack in each location.

Scope
What the package covers.
Setting the standard
- Prototype office built and approved
- Specification manual and approved sample set
- Standard details for typical conditions
- Cost model per location type
- Programme template with local variations
- Handover pack format agreed once
Running the programme
- Site surveys and building-specific deviations
- Local approvals and landlord requirements
- Central procurement of repeated items
- Consolidated shipping to each location
- Consistent site supervision and reporting
- Common snagging and close-out process
Keeping it consistent
- A single register of approved deviations
- Photographic records against the standard
- Lessons captured and fed into the next location
- One reporting format across the programme
- Asset and warranty data collected in one place
- Aftercare handled centrally
Control
Where the risk actually sits.
Deviations are approved, not absorbed
Every building forces a change. Each one is recorded, approved and added to the standard details, so the twentieth office is not a collection of undocumented decisions.
Central procurement, local installation
Repeated items are procured centrally against the approved samples and shipped consolidated, which keeps the standard identical while the labour is local.
The same handover everywhere
Every location is handed over with the same documentation set, so the estate team receives one consistent record rather than twenty different ones.
Before pricing
What we need to see.
Send what exists today. We will tell you what is still required rather than price around the gaps.
- Number of locations and countries
- Typical size and building types
- The standard, if one exists, or the intent to create it
- Programme across the estate
- Local approval requirements known to you
- Who holds the property and lease process
Evidence
Projects from the register.
