Maintained to the specification it was built to.
The same standard that was installed
Repairs are assessed against the specification the interior was built to. Original materials, finishes and methods are matched wherever available, or an approved equivalent is agreed before work proceeds.
Work inside an operating building
Access, noise, dust, guest and tenant impact and out-of-hours working are planned before the work starts, not negotiated on the day.
One record of the asset
Condition, interventions and replacements are recorded so the next decision is made against evidence rather than memory.
