Moulded architecture, engineered and installed across the UAE.

Método designs, engineers, manufactures and installs GRP, GRC and GRG architectural elements across the UAE. Ceilings and domes, facade cladding, screens, columns, canopies and themed structures are modelled from the architect's geometry, moulded in our own facilities and installed by our own site teams.

All three systems

Why consultants specify us

Complex geometry moves from model to mould to site without changing hands.

Geometry resolved before tooling

3D modelling, segmentation and fixing design are completed and approved before moulds are cut, so site does not discover the geometry.

Manufacture and installation together

The same organisation moulds the elements and installs them, which is why our packages include terminal ceilings, theme parks and facades without interface failure.

Tested for Gulf conditions

Materials and finishes are specified for UAE heat, humidity and coastal exposure, with fire performance engineered to the approval regime.

What we fabricate and install

Every composite system, at every scale.

GRG ceilings & domes

Coffered and profiled ceilings, domes and feature soffits, including the GRG interior works across Midfield Terminal A in Abu Dhabi.

GRC facade cladding

Curved and profiled facade panels, column casings and entrance features, as delivered on the DAFZA buildings in Dubai.

GRP themed structures

Sculpted themed elements, signage and ride-hall features for entertainment environments, including IMG Worlds of Adventure.

Screens & partitions

Geometric screen walling, mashrabiya-pattern elements and interior partition screens engineered to structural and fire requirements.

Columns & pilasters

Fluted column casings, external columns and pilasters moulded to consistent profiles across long runs.

Canopies & landscape elements

Entrance canopies, shade structures and landscape features in GRP and GRC, engineered for wind and exposure loads.

Straight answers

What architects and consultants ask about composite packages.

What is the difference between GRP, GRC and GRG?
GRP (glass-reinforced polyester) suits external and themed structures where weight and complex geometry matter. GRC (glass-reinforced concrete) is a cementitious system used for facades and external elements. GRG (glass-reinforced gypsum) is for interior ceilings and features. We work in all three and will advise which system the application actually needs.
Do you take design intent from the architect's model?
Yes. We develop the architect's geometry into a fabrication model, agree segmentation and fixing strategy, and produce shop drawings for approval before moulds are manufactured.
Which UAE projects evidence this capability?
Midfield Terminal A in Abu Dhabi (GRG interior works), IMG Worlds of Adventure in Dubai (themed GRP, GRG and GRC), the DAFZA buildings (GRC facade cladding), Rove hotels (a GRP works package) and private villas at Khawaneej (GRC architectural elements).
Can you deliver composite packages outside the UAE?
Yes. The manufacture and installation model travels with the project. Regional work is structured around each commission; see our Middle East delivery hub for how we engage.
