Brand standards hold because the making is ours.
Luxury retail is judged at arm's length. Shadow gaps, veneer matching, stone joints, leather wrapping and the way light falls on a display all have to survive the move from concept sketch to the tenth store. Método works to the brand book and the design team's detail, produces control samples in our own workshops, and holds those samples as the reference for every store that follows.
Control samples before production
A benchmark section of shopfront, fixture or display is built and signed off by the brand and the designer. Production only starts against the approved sample, and the sample stays in the workshop for comparison.
Materials specified for the region
Veneers, stone, lacquer, metal finishes and leathers are selected and tested for UAE heat, humidity and public traffic, so a specification written in Europe still performs in a Dubai mall.
Early involvement on buildability
Where we are appointed at concept or design development we advise on buildability, lead times and cost before the design is frozen, which is where most brand compromises are avoided.

- Can you deliver a retail rollout across multiple UAE malls?
- That is our core retail work. A prototype store is built and approved as the benchmark, then fixtures, finishes and installation are repeated across the programme. Each store is delivered to the same standard, on the same mall landlord programme.
- Do you work during mall trading hours?
- Yes. We are used to working within mall regulations. Night works, protected public routes, dust and noise control, early morning handback and clear material logistics. The store opens when the landlord says it opens.

- Yes. We have delivered concessions and beauty counters in John Lewis, Selfridges and Boots in the UK, and equivalent department store environments in the UAE. The work is sequenced around the host store's trading and safety rules.
- How do you protect a fixed retail opening date?
- The design is frozen before manufacture begins, and long-lead fixtures go into production while landlord approvals are being finalised. Because production, MEP and installation sit under one programme, a change in one area is re-sequenced against the others immediately.
