Furniture
Furniture is a programme item, not a finishing touch.
Furniture is where a good fit-out programme is most often lost. Lead times run in months, approvals take weeks, and the move date does not move.
We procure, consolidate, deliver and install furniture against the construction programme, and where a bespoke item is required we manufacture it in our own workshops.

Control
Where the risk actually sits.
Order dates are milestones
Each order date is set back from the move date and tracked as a programme milestone, so a slipped approval is visible immediately rather than at delivery.
Consolidate before site
Deliveries are consolidated and checked before they reach the building, which keeps damaged or wrong items out of a live installation week.
Install to a floor plan, not a pile
Every item is labelled to its position and installed floor by floor against the approved furniture plan.
Before pricing
What we need to see.
Send what exists today. We will tell you what is still required rather than price around the gaps.
- Furniture specification or existing standards
- Headcount and layout plan
- The move date and any phasing
- Existing items to be retained
- Building delivery and access restrictions
- Budget range for the furniture package
