Can you deliver joinery for another contractor's fit-out?

Yes. Joinery is regularly supplied and installed as a standalone package against a main contractor's programme.

How long does bespoke office joinery take?

It depends on the finish and the volume, but the approval and sampling period is usually the longer half. We set out the approval dates alongside the production dates so the critical one is visible.

What do you need before you can programme the works?

The building and floor, the approximate area, the scope you expect us to hold, the current occupancy and the date the business has to be in. Everything else can be developed with you.

Items are made to a surveyed dimension wherever the site allows, and where it does not, adjustment is designed into the item.

The approved sample panel stays in the workshop and every production item is inspected against it.
