Private residences
Apartments.
Most apartments are handed over unfinished, and every remaining decision lands on the owner.
A new apartment usually arrives as a white box or a developer-standard shell: floors unfinished, kitchen absent or basic, wardrobes missing, lighting reduced to a builder's minimum. The gap between that and a home you can live in — or let — is a real construction project inside an occupied, managed building.
Método completes that gap as a single package. We survey the unit, agree the specification against your budget and intended use, manufacture the joinery, procure the finishes and equipment, and deliver the works within the building's rules, access windows and noise restrictions.
For investors and second-home owners, we do the same thing remotely: approvals by drawing and sample, progress by photograph, and a finished apartment ready for occupation, rental or sale.
How this is delivered
- Building rules respected
- Management approvals, working hours, lift bookings, protection and waste routes are handled by us, not by you.
- Suited to remote owners
- Specification is approved by drawing, sample and finish board, then reported through the build without you needing to be in the country.
- Priced by intent
- An apartment for rental, for resale and for personal use are three different specifications. We price for the one you actually need.

Questions
Apartments — common questions
- What does a white box apartment still need?
- Typically flooring, kitchen, wardrobes and joinery, bathroom finishes and sanitaryware, lighting and electrical alterations, decoration, curtains and furniture. Some developers also leave the air-conditioning distribution and the water heater to the buyer.
- Can you work while the building is occupied?
- Yes. That is the normal condition. Work is planned around the building's permitted hours, protected access routes and neighbour notification requirements.
- Do you furnish apartments for rental?
- Yes. Furnishing to a rental or short-let standard is one of our defined engagements — durable specification, fast installation and a photographed, ready-to-market result.
