Riyadh, Jeddah and the Kingdom
Office fit-out in Saudi Arabia, planned around the approvals.
Corporate and institutional occupiers in the Kingdom are delivering workplaces to international standards against demanding dates, often inside buildings that are still being completed around them.
We deliver the workplace scope with a project team mobilised for the location, working with locally licensed partners where the jurisdiction requires it, and we state that structure before appointment.

Local conditions
Delivering in Saudi Arabia.
Mobilisation described honestly
We do not claim a permanent local labour force. We set out who will be on site, who is locally licensed and how supervision is resourced, in writing, before you appoint anyone.
Manufacture consolidated and shipped
Joinery, furniture and specialist items are produced in our workshops, consolidated and shipped against the installation sequence, with customs lead time built into the programme.
Base build interfaces resolved early
Where the building is still under construction, the interface with the base build contractor is defined before we mobilise, because that is where workplace programmes lose time.

Tell us about the floorplate and the date.
Tell us the building, the area, the scope you expect to hold and the date the business needs to move. We will set out how the programme would run and what has to be resolved first.
