Feature elements engineered early
Reception desks, feature stairs, ceilings and cladding are engineered and prototyped early, because they are the items that hold up an opening date.
Security and technical scope defined in writing
Access control, AV and IT boundaries are agreed with the occupier's own providers at the outset, with each interface named and owned.
