Production markets
An international production network
Método can identify and coordinate suitable suppliers and manufacturers across established production markets including the United Kingdom, Europe, the UAE, India, Vietnam, China, Japan, South Korea and Mexico. Selection depends on product, technical requirement, quantity, certification, programme, destination and customisation.
Each route is qualified for the project. This network does not imply owned factories or permanent operations in every market.
Process
Eight controlled stages

Review specification
Review the drawings, schedule, BOQ, reference sample or stated performance requirement and identify missing information.

Confirm technical and compliance requirements
Confirm materials, finishes, interfaces, testing, certification and destination requirements for the proposed item.

Identify production route
Select a suitable supplier or manufacturer for the product, quantity, customisation, programme and receiving market.
04
Drawings, samples and prototypes
Develop production drawings, finish samples, prototypes or first articles where the requirement needs them.
05
Approve production information
Close comments and record the approved drawings, samples, quantities and variants before production is released.
06
Manufacture and inspect
Monitor manufacture and inspect the work against the approved information while correction remains possible.
07
Consolidate, document and deliver
Protect, code and consolidate the order, prepare the required documents and release shipments against the project programme.
08
Install and commission where included
Coordinate qualified installation, testing and commissioning only where these services form part of the appointment.
