In detail
Every specified material is traced to a mill, quarry or maker before it is bought. Samples are presented as controlled sets, signed off once, then locked to the frozen specification.
Loose furniture, lighting, sanitaryware and operating supplies bought as one package, so the room delivered matches the room designed.
We pre-qualify, audit and hold the vendors we buy from. Where a supplier cannot hold tolerance or programme, the work moves into our own workshops rather than into a claim.
Consolidation, documentation and sequencing so material lands in the order the site can install it, at a landed cost agreed at freeze.
