Live workplaces
Refurbishment while the business keeps working.
Working in an occupied office is a logistics discipline. The construction is ordinary; the planning around it is not.
We deliver phased refurbishment inside operating workplaces, with a decant plan, protected routes, agreed noise windows and a weekly look-ahead the occupier can circulate to staff.

Control
Where the risk actually sits.
The occupier signs the phasing plan
Nothing starts until the facilities team has agreed the zone sequence, the working hours and the isolation dates in writing.
One zone at a time, finished
Each zone is completed, cleaned and handed back before the next opens, which limits disruption and stops defects accumulating.
Escape routes are never negotiable
Fire strategy compliance during the works is planned with the building manager and checked daily, whatever the programme pressure.
