Occupied and trading assets
Refurbishment while the building keeps trading.
In an operating asset the construction sequence is the easy part. Public safety, tenant obligations, trading hours and the reputation of the building all constrain when work can happen.
We plan and deliver refurbishment inside live buildings, with the phasing, protection and isolation strategy agreed with the operator before anyone mobilises.

Control
Where the risk actually sits.
The operator agrees the plan first
Nothing starts until the phasing, working hours and isolation schedule are agreed in writing with the operator and the building manager.
Every isolation is scheduled
Fire, power and cooling isolations are booked, witnessed and reinstated the same shift, and the record is issued the next morning.
Finish each zone before opening the next
Zones are completed, cleaned and handed back before the next opens, which limits the disruption footprint at any moment.
