Case study

The challenge

Fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands opening stores and concessions faster than any single local contractor could support. New Look, Reiss and Cotton On across the Middle East, 3INA in Spain and beyond, Urban Jungle in Italy, and Hello Sunday concessions in John Lewis, Selfridges and Boots.

Delivery complexity

Every store identical in finish but different in shell, ceiling height, landlord rule and trading window. Short possession periods, overnight installs in trading malls and department stores, and customs clearance across dozens of jurisdictions.

Método's scope and responsibility

Design development from brand guidelines, prototyping, central manufacture, packing, freight and installation crews in market.

How it was resolved

A frozen kit of parts with fixed tolerances and a survey protocol for every new shell. Components manufactured, dry-assembled and quality-checked in the workshop, then crated by store with fixings, spares and an install sequence so local crews could build without interpretation.

Outcome

Store programmes delivered on trading dates across 26+ countries, with the same finish standard in Dubai, Madrid, Milan and London.
