Retail fixtures
Retail fixtures made once and repeated accurately.
A rollout lives or dies on repeatability. Fixtures are prototyped once, signed once, then produced in batches that arrive flat packed, labelled and sequenced to the store opening programme.

How it is controlled
Where the package is held together.
One prototype, one standard
The first store sets the standard. Prototype units are approved and photographed, and every batch is inspected against them.
Packed for the store, not the warehouse
Units are labelled and packed by store and by zone so a night installation team can work without unpacking the whole shipment.
Spares built into the batch
Vulnerable components are produced with a spares allowance, because a damaged shelf should not delay an opening.
