Hotel FF&E procurement

Hotel FF&E procurement, bought once and delivered complete.

A hotel FF&E package fails in the gaps: the item nobody priced, the finish nobody sampled and the container that arrives in the wrong week. We buy the package as one scope, inspect it before it ships and land it in the order the floors are being handed over.

How it is controlled

Where the package is held together.

Brand standard read first

Operator standards are read against the design package before quotation, so an item is not made twice because a brand requirement surfaced late.

Room by room buying schedule

The package is bought as a schedule by room type and area, which is what makes quantities, attic stock and replacement parts checkable.

Model room before bulk release

Where the programme allows, a model room is built and signed before bulk production is released.

Before we price

What we need from you.

The more of this you have, the firmer the price. Where something is missing we will tell you rather than assume it.

  • FF&E schedule or design intent package
  • Room types, quantities and key dimensions
  • Operator or brand standard where one applies
  • Required delivery window and site readiness
