Bespoke furniture manufacturing

Bespoke furniture, made to the drawing you approved.

Bespoke furniture is where a specification meets a machine. We produce shop drawings, prove the piece as a prototype, then hold production against the approved version rather than the factory's interpretation of it.

How it is controlled

Where the package is held together.

Prototype before production

For any repeated item a prototype is produced, reviewed and signed. Bulk production is released against that piece, not against a rendering.

Contract grade construction

Construction details are set for contract use: joint types, edge protection, moisture behaviour and cleaning regime are all decided before cutting.

Repeatability across a rollout

Where the same piece is made across phases we retain the drawing set, the control sample and the material source so later batches match the first.

Before we price

What we need from you.

The more of this you have, the firmer the price. Where something is missing we will tell you rather than assume it.

  • Furniture drawings or design intent sketches
  • Finish schedule and reference samples
  • Quantities per item and per room type
  • Any performance or fire requirement that applies
