The assembly is the certificate
A rated doorset is only rated as the tested assembly, complete with its ironmongery and seals. We keep the specified assembly intact and we do not substitute components inside it without the manufacturer's evidence.
Schedule reconciled against the drawings
Every opening is reconciled between the architectural drawings, the fire strategy and the ironmongery schedule before ordering, which is where the discrepancies surface.
Openings surveyed before manufacture
Structural openings are surveyed and recorded, so frames arrive to fit rather than being packed out on site.
