Coordination examples
Before production, we freeze the visible and invisible decisions: overall module sizes, materials and grain direction, hardware, electrical/AV, access and fixing. These examples show the level of coordination expected before the order is released.
The client approves elevations; finish schedule; veneer direction; hardware; lighting/service interfaces; tolerances; and fixing/installation logic. These are examples of coordination drawings, not fabrication-ready documents. Project-specific drawings, finishes and samples are developed and approved before production.

Where the detail matters
Bookmatched veneer sequencing is developed against the approved sample, so grain direction and panel order read as one composition. Stone, metal and glass interfaces need an agreed edge, substrate and tolerance.
Hardware and access panels are resolved with lighting and service coordination. Fixings and installation logic respond to the existing walls and adjoining finishes; the approved sample remains the finish benchmark.
A controlled sequence
Panels are not released until site dimensions and interfaces are understood. Fabrication follows approval of the drawing set, samples and confirmed scope.

Confirm finishes, veneer sequence, edges and hardware against the approval set.

Release the approved package for machining, assembly and finishing; inspect against the sample.

Sequence delivery, fit and adjust the joinery, review snags and provide agreed record information.
