We produce the fabrication and fixing design against the loading criteria issued by the design team, and coordinate with the structural engineer where the supporting structure is affected.

Can you match an existing metal finish?

We match against a physical sample rather than a description. Once the sample is approved it becomes the reference for the whole package.

What do you need before you can price the package?

The current drawings or model, the specification, the programme dates and a clear statement of the interfaces. If any of that is missing we will say what we have assumed rather than price around it.

Metal fabrication

Metalwork drawn, fabricated and fixed by one team.

Architectural metalwork is unforgiving. The finish shows every weld, the tolerance shows every fixing, and the interface with stone, glass and joinery is where the detail is usually lost.

Finish before fabrication logic

The coating or plating system decides how the piece must be built: joint positions, drainage of finishing fluids and handling. We set the finish first, then the fabrication.

Connections designed to be adjustable

Long runs of guarding and screens are designed with adjustment at the fixings, so structural tolerance never becomes a visible kink.

Trial assembly before despatch

Complex assemblies are trial-built in the workshop, checked, marked and then dismantled for delivery, which removes the surprises from site.
