Party wall procedures, planning and conservation consent, freeholder approval, restricted access and neighbours all shape the programme before a single finish is chosen.
Método works the way a specialist main contractor works on a commercial job: survey and investigate first, resolve design and services together, freeze the scope and the cost, manufacture off site, then install to a sequenced programme with the finish protected.
Joinery, stone and metalwork are produced in our own workshops and delivered to site as finished components — a significant advantage in a city where site space is scarce and every delivery has to be timed.
