Private residential work in the Kingdom is unlike the UAE. Houses are larger, family and guest hospitality is planned formally, and the specification expectation on stone, joinery and metalwork is very high. At the same time, the volume of national construction has stretched the specialist supply chain, so the constraint on many private homes is not budget. It is finding a team that can genuinely make and install work to that standard on a reliable programme.
That is the position Método occupies. Manufacturing capacity is ours, so a private residence is produced through the same workshops and the same quality regime as our hospitality and civic packages, then delivered into the Kingdom against a planned logistics programme.
For clients here we place particular weight on the define and freeze stages: full specification, engineered drawings, samples and benchmarks approved before manufacture, so a large and complex home is not being improvised on site.

- Yes. Riyadh and Jeddah are our two priority Saudi markets for private residential work, with delivery teams mobilised to the project.
- Where is the work manufactured?
- In Método workshops, then shipped to site against the installation programme. Locally sourced elements are procured where the specification and lead time make that the better route.
- Can you work with a Saudi architect or design studio?
- Yes. Delivering another team's design intent is a core part of what we do commercially.
- Do you act as a private villa contractor in the Kingdom?
- Yes. We hold the interior scope as a single accountable contract, covering design development, engineering coordination, manufacture, installation and furnishing.
- Can you produce bespoke residential joinery for a palace-scale project?
- Yes. The joinery, stone and metalwork are made in our own workshops, which is what allows a large and highly specified home to be delivered against a credible programme.
