Private residences
Request a project review.
One accountable team to design, engineer, manufacture, fit out and furnish your residence, wherever it is. The more we know about the property, where it is, how it was handed over and how you intend to use it, the more useful our first answer will be.

Tell us about your project
If you have drawings, a BOQ or only an outline of the requirement, send what you have. We will review it and direct it to the right team.
What to include
Six things that make our first reply genuinely useful.
- Where the property is
- City, development or building. Access rules, community approvals and handover conditions differ enough that this changes our first answer.
- Its current condition
- Developer white box, semi-fitted, fully fitted, occupied or under construction. Any handover documentation or developer specification helps.
- How you intend to use it
- A home to live in, a residence used a few weeks a year, a property to let or one being prepared for sale. Each leads to a different specification.
- Where the design stands
- No design, a concept from an architect or interior designer, or a full drawing set. We can develop your designer's intent or provide the interior architecture ourselves.
- Timing and any fixed dates
- Handover dates, tenancy dates, family arrival or a sale deadline. A real date changes how the programme and procurement are structured.
- Drawings or photographs
- Floor plans, developer drawings or simple phone photographs of each room let us assess scope properly before we speak.
What happens next
An honest first answer before any figure.
01
We read the property, not the brief alone
Your enquiry is reviewed by the residential delivery team rather than a sales desk. We look at the building, the condition and what the work actually involves.
02
A considered first response
You receive an honest view of scope, the likely order of work and what we would need to establish before any figure is meaningful.
03
A conversation, then a defined scope
If it is a fit, we survey the property, define the scope and specification, then freeze the design and the cost together before anything is manufactured.
Questions
Enquiries, common questions
- What happens after I send an enquiry?
- A member of the residential delivery team reads it and replies with an initial view of the scope and the next step. There is no automated quotation.
- Do I need a design before contacting Método?
- No. We can work from an existing designer's scheme or provide the interior architecture ourselves. Both routes are normal.
- Can you help if I do not live in the country where the property is?
- Yes. A significant share of our residential work is for owners based elsewhere. Selections are approved remotely and progress is reported weekly with photography.
- Is there a minimum project size?
- There is no fixed threshold. The work suits properties where design, engineering, manufacture and furnishing genuinely need to be coordinated by one team.
- How is my information handled?
- Enquiry details are stored by Método and used to respond to your project. They are not sold, shared with advertising platforms or used for anything else.
