Private residences

Apartment completion.

You have the keys. The apartment is not a home yet.

Handover day for an off-plan apartment is rarely the end of the process. Depending on the developer, what you receive may have no kitchen, no wardrobes, unfinished floors, no window treatments and lighting reduced to a single point per room. Until that is resolved, the property cannot be lived in, let or photographed.

Apartment completion is a defined Método package for exactly this moment. We inspect the unit against the developer's handover documentation, agree a completion specification suited to how the property will be used, and deliver it on a fixed programme so there is a date you can plan around.

It works particularly well across multiple units in the same development, where a repeated specification lets us hold cost and shorten the programme without reducing quality.

How this is delivered

Fixed programme
Because the scope is defined, completion runs to a date — critical when a rental start or a resale campaign depends on it.
Multiple units
Investors with several units in one development benefit from a repeated specification and a single mobilisation.
Remote-friendly
Selections are approved digitally, progress is reported weekly, and handover can be conducted on your behalf.

Scope

What we hold on apartment completion.

Questions

Apartment Completion — common questions

What is the difference between white box and shell and core?
Shell and core is a bare structural envelope with capped services and no internal partitions or finishes. White box is further along — partitions, plastered walls, basic services distribution — but still without kitchen, joinery, floor finishes and lighting.
How quickly can an apartment be completed?
A defined completion package for a typical two- to three-bedroom apartment usually runs eight to sixteen weeks from approved specification, depending on joinery and stone lead times.
Can you complete several apartments at once?
Yes. Repeated units in a single development are the most efficient way we work — one specification, one delivery, one handover process.
