Why US teams buy from Método

Specified in the US. Made, checked and shipped by one accountable supplier.

Built to the issued specification

Shop drawings, samples and prototypes are approved against the design team's specification before production. What ships is what was signed off.

Quality controlled at source

In-line inspection during manufacture and pre-shipment checks against the approved control sample, with photographic records before container loading.

One supplier across the package

Casegoods, seating, tables, vanities, headboards and loose furniture are coordinated as one package, so finishes and details match across the whole hotel.

What we supply to US hotels

Guestrooms, public areas and everything specified between.

Guestroom casegoods

Headboard walls, wardrobes, dressers, minibars, vanities and desks, batch produced to the approved prototype room.

Public-area furniture

Bespoke joinery & doorsets

Feature joinery, wall panelling, reception desks and doorsets manufactured to issued drawings and fire ratings where specified.

Lighting & decorative metalwork

Decorative lighting and metal features sourced or fabricated to specification, with finishes approved by sample.

Straight answers

What US owners, operators and purchasing agents ask first.

Does Método install FF&E in the United States?
No. Our US work is manufacture and supply. We deliver to site or to the installing contractor, and installation is carried out by local US contractors. This is reflected honestly on every US project in our register.
Can you manufacture to a US design team's specification?
Yes. Most US work starts from an issued specification and design intent package. We produce shop drawings, material samples and prototypes for approval, then manufacture to the approved control sample.
Which US hotel projects has Método supplied?
Thirteen US hotel projects to date, including JW Marriott Charlotte, The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe, Four Seasons Minneapolis, Four Seasons Ko Olina, Sheraton Waikiki, Ritz-Carlton Atlanta and Marriott properties in Boston, Dallas, San Mateo and Tampa.
How is quality controlled before shipping to the US?
Production is inspected in line against the approved sample, with a pre-shipment inspection and photographic record before container loading. Snagging is closed at the workshop, not on the US site.
How are lead times and shipping managed?
Manufacture is programmed against the project's room-release schedule. Packing, container planning, freight documentation and delivery milestones are managed inside the same programme, so the installing contractor receives complete, sequenced packages.
