An integrated package combines several connected workstreams so the interfaces between them are managed by Método, not by the client. Typical combinations are interiors + FF&E, MEP + interiors, fit-out + joinery + FF&E, or external architectural packages + internal finishes.

Método acts as the specialist main contractor where a single programme, single commercial structure and one accountable team can protect the client from fragmented decision-making. This is most valuable on complex hospitality, residential, healthcare, transport, leisure or mixed-use projects where design, MEP, specialist manufacturing, fit-out and installation must finish together.

Can Método join a project after design is already underway?

Yes. We can enter at any stage. The earlier we join, the more complexity we can remove — but we are also used to being brought in after design intent has been established to freeze, engineer, manufacture, coordinate and deliver. In every case, we apply the same Método method: define, freeze, make, deliver, close.
