Can you produce from a heritage or existing profile?

Yes. We take a physical profile or scan, produce a pattern and issue it for approval before the mould is made.

Are these products suitable for external use?

GRC and appropriate coatings are used externally. We confirm the material and finish against the exposure and the wind and thermal conditions at review.

Do you supply installation with these elements?

Installation is available where it is included in the package. Supply with a fixing method statement is also common.

How are large elements shipped?

Split into transportable sections with the joint positions agreed by the designer, then trial assembled before crating.

Can you match an element already installed?

Usually, from a physical sample or a detailed survey. We confirm what can be matched exactly before committing.

How it is controlled

Mould control

Moulds are produced against approved drawings and retained, so later phases and replacements come from the same tool.

Fixing designed with the element

Brackets, embeds and tolerances are designed with the piece, because a beautiful panel with no fixing route is a site problem waiting to happen.

Trial assembly before shipment

Large assemblies are trial built in the workshop and photographed against the drawing before crating.
