Yes. We develop it into a technical drawing, confirm the electrical detail and produce a sample for approval before the run.

Which electrical standards can you supply to?

Fittings are built to the standard of the destination market. Tell us the country and the certification expected and we confirm what will be provided.

Do you supply curtains and rugs alongside lighting?

Yes. Consolidating decorative categories is usually where a buyer saves the most coordination effort.

How are breakages during shipment handled?

Spares are produced in the run for vulnerable components, and replacements for transit damage are our responsibility to resolve.

Can you match a fitting from a European brand at a lower cost?

We can price an equivalent and set out honestly where it differs in material, finish and warranty. Where it would not hold the design intent, we say so.

Glass and delicate components are crated individually with spares, because a broken shade at the port is a six week problem otherwise.
