Acoustic interiors, built to the system the consultant specified.

An acoustic interior only performs as the tested system performs. Our role is to build the specified system exactly, in a way that survives the interfaces: penetrations, junctions, service routes and the finish the architect wants over the top of it.

We engineer, manufacture and install acoustic panelling, diffusers, reflectors, treated ceilings and integrated joinery, working to the acoustic consultant's specification and reporting anything that would compromise it.

    Survey and setting-out

    Dimensional survey of the shell against the drawn geometry.

  2. 02

    Shop drawings and engineering

    Panel layouts, build-ups, fixings and every penetration, coordinated with services.

  3. 03

    Material development

    Substrate, absorber, facing and finish selected to match the specified system.

  4. 04

    Samples and prototypes

    Finish samples and, on a critical room, a section of the wall build-up.

  5. 05

    Production

    Panel manufacture in the workshop against approved drawings.

  6. 06

    Factory quality control

    Build-up, dimension and finish verified panel by panel.

  7. 07

    Logistics

    Sequenced delivery so treated surfaces arrive after wet trades are complete.

  8. 08

    Installation and handover

    Installation, consultant inspection, close-out of any observations and record information.

Where the risk actually sits.

The consultant's system is the specification

We build the tested system as specified. Where a substitution is proposed we put it back to the acoustic consultant with the data, rather than deciding an equivalence ourselves.

Penetrations designed, not cut

Every penetration through a treated surface is drawn and agreed in advance, because a service opening cut on site is the usual reason a room misses its target.

Manufacture and installation held together

Panels are produced against the survey, and installed by the team that made them, which keeps the tolerance and the treatment continuous.
