Substrates, adhesives, fixings and finishes are selected for humidity, salt and ultraviolet exposure, which is where standard urban specifications fail on resorts.
Prefabricated where possible
The more that arrives complete, the less depends on skilled labour being available on an island at the right week.
Shipping is part of the programme
Consolidation, container planning and transhipment dates are held inside the delivery programme rather than treated as someone else's problem.
