The schedule is reconciled
Every line on the FF&E schedule is reconciled against a drawing and a room type before it is priced, which is where quantity errors are found.
Approved sample governs
Production is measured against a physical approved sample rather than a photograph, and inspection reports reference it directly.
Delivered to the room, not the gate
Consolidation, marking and floor distribution are planned so items arrive to the room they belong in, in the order the installation sequence needs them.
