An FF&E package is not a purchase list. It is a production programme with a delivery date, and it fails when the schedule, the drawings and the site are not talking to each other.
We review the brief, BOQ or FF&E schedule, room quantities and programme, then agree package responsibilities and site interfaces. Made and sourced items are identified before orders are released; installation, styling and handover apply only when included in the appointment.

Review quantities, required dates and interfaces, then record finish, sample and model-room approvals where required before production or ordering. Inspect against approvals, consolidate and sequence delivery; installation and handover remain defined appointment items.

How the scope is held together.
Guestroom casegoods coordination
Coordinate the room schedule, casegoods drawings, finishes and samples against the agreed scope and interfaces. Record approvals before ordering or releasing items for production.
Project-specific drawings, finishes and samples are developed and approved before production.
The schedule is reconciled
The FF&E schedule is checked against room types, quantities, drawings and programme. Supply responsibilities and interfaces with the installing contractor are agreed before pricing.
Approved sample governs
Manufactured and sourced goods are inspected against the approved scope, drawings and control samples before dispatch.
Delivered to the room, not the gate
Consolidation, protective packing and marking follow the agreed delivery sequence. Room distribution, installation and handover remain subject to the appointed scope.
