One control sample, copied
Every factory works to the same approved physical sample, not to its own interpretation of a drawing. Colour, sheen and edge detail are matched against that sample.
Shared tolerances and fixings
Where items from different factories meet in the same room, the tolerances and fixing methods have to be specified centrally.
Inspect at each source
Inspection happens at each factory before dispatch, with a report referencing the control sample. Finding a variation at the port is too late.
Consolidate before shipping
Consolidation allows a complete room or floor to travel together, so installation is not held up waiting for one late container.
