Guest rooms and suites
One approved room, repeated without drift.
Guest rooms are the part of a hotel where small errors are multiplied by the key count. A tolerance that is wrong once is wrong three hundred times.
We treat the room as a manufactured product: prototype it, resolve every interface in the benchmark, fix the installation sequence and then repeat it under inspection.

- Room by room inspection and sign-off
Control
How the scope is held together.
The benchmark is the contract
The approved room, not the render, is the reference for every following key. Changes after approval are recorded and priced rather than absorbed silently.
Dimensional control at source
Rooms are surveyed and the manufactured items are dimensioned to the built structure, which is what prevents a factory item arriving to a wall that has moved.
One cycle, measured
The installation cycle per room is measured on the first floor and used to programme the rest, so the key handover forecast is based on evidence rather than intent.
Before we price
What we need from you.
