Services, lighting, detection and the interior finish are coordinated on a single ceiling plan before manufacture or installation begins.
Commissioning sits in the programme
Commissioning duration, witness dates and any seasonal requirements are programmed from the start rather than compressed at the end.
Fire stopping inspected before closure
Every penetration is recorded and inspected before ceilings and linings close, because it cannot be verified afterwards without opening them.
