Branded residences

Operator standards, apartment after apartment.

A branded residence has to satisfy two clients at once: the buyer who lives with the detail, and the operator whose name is on the door.

Our branded residence work covers apartments, amenity floors and public areas in towers where the operator standard applies to every repeated key.

Scope

What this covers.

Residences

  • Apartment fit-out across repeated types
  • Kitchens, wardrobes and fitted joinery
  • Bathrooms, stone and sanitaryware installation
  • Flooring, panelling and decorative finishes
  • Furniture packages where included

Shared environments

  • Arrival, lobby and reception
  • Amenity floors, lounges and screening rooms
  • Gyms, pools and spa areas
  • Kids clubs and multipurpose rooms
  • Acoustic separation between amenity and residence

Control

How the scope is held together.

Prototype the apartment type

Each repeated type is prototyped and approved before rollout, so the operator, the developer and the sales team are looking at the same standard.

Vertical logistics planned

In a tower, hoist time is the real constraint. Deliveries, kit marking and floor sequencing are planned around it.

Acoustics engineered with the finish

Separation between amenity spaces and residences is built into the wall and ceiling build-ups rather than corrected afterwards.

Before we price

What we need from you.

Send whatever exists today. We will tell you what is missing rather than build a number on assumptions.

  • Apartment type matrix and quantities
  • Operator standard and brand requirements
  • Amenity floor design package
  • Tower programme and hoist availability
  • Handover expectations for sold units
