Can a lounge be refurbished while it stays open?

Usually in phases, with hoarded zones, temporary seating provision and out-of-hours works. The operator's capacity requirement during the works is agreed before the phasing plan is fixed.

Do you coordinate catering equipment?

Yes. We coordinate the equipment supplier's requirements for extract, drainage, power and clearances, and hold the interfaces with the joinery and services.

What do you need before you can advise?

The asset, the scope in question, who else is contracted and the date the space has to be open or occupied. From that we can set out where responsibility should sit and how the interfaces would be controlled.
