Setting out before fabrication
Public area geometry rarely matches the drawing exactly. We survey and set out the space, then fabricate to the surveyed condition.
Sequence protects finish
Stone, metal and joinery are installed in an order that keeps completed finishes out of the way of following trades, with protection specified rather than improvised.
One party for the interfaces
Where the ceiling, the lighting, the sprinkler and the joinery all meet, the coordination sits with us rather than between three subcontractors.
