Hotel fit-out
The whole hotel interior, held by one team.
A hotel interior fails at the joints: between design and engineering, between the manufactured item and the site dimension, between the ceiling void and the finish below it. Método holds those joints inside one contract.
We develop the design to a buildable state, engineer the interfaces, manufacture what needs to be made, coordinate the services and install the result against a programme the owner can hold us to.

Control
How the scope is held together.
One approved benchmark
Nothing is repeated across the property until a benchmark room or area is approved by the owner, the designer and the operator. The benchmark then becomes the standard everyone measures against.
Manufacture inside the contract
Joinery and furniture are produced in our own workshops, so a late design decision is resolved in production rather than absorbed by the site programme.
Interfaces engineered early
Ceiling voids, service penetrations, lighting positions and joinery tolerances are resolved on drawings before anything is cut, which is where most hotel programmes lose weeks.
Before we price
What we need from you.
Send whatever exists today. We will tell you what is missing rather than build a number on assumptions.
- Design intent drawings or the current design package
- Room schedule and key count
- Operator or brand standard where one applies
- Programme, including any fixed opening date
- Scope split between us and other contractors
- Site access and any operating constraints

Discuss a hotel project
Tell us what is being built or refurbished.
Tell us where the project is and which parts of the interior scope require support. We will review the information and recommend the most appropriate delivery structure.
