How much detail do I need before enquiring?

Only the name, an email address and a sentence about the property. Everything else on this form helps us route the enquiry, but an early-stage owner should not have to define the scope before making contact.

What happens after I send this?

Accepted Answer

We read it, decide which delivery structure fits, and reply with either the questions we still need answered or a proposal for how the scope would be held. We do not issue a price before the scope is understood.

Can I attach drawings and room schedules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PDF, Excel, Word, DWG, DXF, images and ZIP archives, up to ten files each under fifteen megabytes. If the package is larger, send the enquiry and we will arrange a transfer link.

Do you work inside an operating hotel?

Accepted Answer

Regularly. Phased refurbishment, floor-by-floor handback, noise and dust control and reopening dates are part of the programme we plan against, not an afterthought.
