Sales and marketing environments
Sales galleries built to the standard you are selling.
A sales gallery has one job: make a buyer believe the finished building. Every material shortcut inside it is an argument at handover two years later.
We deliver sales galleries, marketing suites and show apartments to the same standard as the product they represent, against a launch date that is usually already committed.

Control
Where the risk actually sits.
The launch date is fixed
Sales launches are announced. We programme backwards from the launch, identify the long-lead items early and hold them as milestones.
Sold standard equals built standard
Where a finish in the gallery differs from the specification for the building, that difference is recorded and agreed rather than quietly absorbed.
Built to be changed
Sales galleries evolve through the campaign. Display and joinery elements are designed so a phase change is a modification, not a rebuild.
