Questions

Before sending the requirement.

Can furniture be purchased or leased?

Yes. The requirement can be structured as a purchase, a defined lease, a turnkey furnishing package or a staging appointment. The right route depends on duration, asset use, scale and what should happen to the furniture afterwards.

What should I send for an initial review?

Send the furniture schedule if one exists. Drawings, room lists, reference images, unit quantities, delivery location and required period also help Método establish the correct package and information gaps.

Can Método furnish multiple apartments or hotel rooms?

Yes. Repeated unit and room types can be scheduled, sampled, procured, consolidated and installed as one programme. Quantities, access and release sequence are confirmed before a delivery proposal is issued.

What can a complete package include?

A package may include loose furniture, casegoods, mattresses, window treatments, decorative lighting, rugs, artwork, accessories, tableware, linen, appliances and installation. The agreed schedule defines what is included.

Is property staging available across the GCC?

Staging requirements can be reviewed across the UAE and GCC. Feasibility depends on the property, programme, selected route and logistics. No stock availability or delivery period is assumed before review.
