Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of chilled-water and hot-water piping serving the hospital's mechanical plant, with electrical and plumbing installation through the designated areas.
01 — Coordination
Piping routes fixed before fabrication
Chilled-water and hot-water routes were set out and agreed before fabrication, so pipework arrived on site to a surveyed grid rather than being cut to fit.

02 — Plantroom
Chilled and hot water from plant to building
Plantroom pipework, headers and valve sets were installed with access, isolation and withdrawal space held throughout the distribution.
- Chilled-water and hot-water piping installed to the mechanical plant
- Headers, valve sets and isolation arranged for maintenance
- Insulation and supports installed to specification
- Pressure testing and flushing before connection
03 — Commissioning
Balanced and witnessed
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations were tested and commissioned as one sequence, with results recorded and witnessed.

- Domestic water systems disinfected and tested
- Witnessed sign-off across the installed systems
04 — Handover
