Services routed through sculpted composite geometry with no repeating grid — coordination carried out in the model because there were no flat surfaces to measure from.

Services routed through geometry with no repeat

Every duct, sprinkler drop and cable route was placed inside the sculpted composite model, so penetrations were cast into panels in the workshop rather than cut on site.

02Plantroom

Back-of-house built to carry the show

Plant and distribution were sized for peak guest load and show conditions, with routes kept entirely out of guest sightlines.

03Commissioning

Tested against show conditions

Systems were commissioned under simulated show and peak-occupancy conditions, with fire, smoke control and effects interlocks tested together rather than in isolation.

04Handover

Operations received a documented, tested building with maintenance routes that survive the theming — the difference between a set and an operating attraction.
