Technical detailing, manufacturing of wall systems, doors and joinery, and phased installation.
The response
Details were resolved and mocked up with the clinical team before freeze, then manufactured as sealed, cleanable assemblies to reduce wet trades and site time.
The result
Phased handover with no interruption to clinical operation and a documented O&M package for the estates team.
