A multi-floor headquarters combining executive, workplace and client-facing environments within a live tower.
The complexity
Base-build interfaces, restricted goods-lift access, and a phased occupation plan that never allowed the whole floorplate to be free.

The response
A floor-by-floor sequence was fixed at freeze, components were delivered just-in-time to avoid on-site storage, and interfaces were owned by one team.
